Pillows a New England style Pale Ale, bursting with flavours of citrus, melon and berry.

In collaboration with DEYA from the heart of the Cotswolds England, this special brew, crafted with a blend of Heidelberg Pilsner malt, Naked Malted Oats, Chateau Blanc Wheat, and Spelt, creates a smooth, full-bodied base. This beer bursts with juicy tropical notes and layered complexity and is hopped generously with Riwaka, Citra, and Nelson Sauvin – plus a unique touch of Nelson Hop Kief.

We brewed this IPA with our friends from Newbarns using a blend of Scottish & Irish heritage barley varieties. It's hopped with UK grown whole leaf Cascade in the kettle & finished off with a dry hop of Cascade & Nelson Sauvin.

JUPA’s low bitterness differentiates it from our Pale Ale and XPA and makes it a real thirst-quencher that’s juicy and totally crushable.

Wine- beer hybrid Brewed by Freigeist / Stillwater / Mann collab

A decadent and delicious Barley Wine, aged in Bourbon and Irish Whiskey casks for two years. Arrestingly smooth, with a creamy palate of caramel, banana, toffee and spice. The barrel character adds warmth, body and complexity.

From a blend of Bourbon and Irish Whiskey barrels, this Imperial Stout showcases Vienna malt to bring biscuity, nutty and chocolatey flavours alongside indulgent notes of bourbon and whiskey from the barrels.

Blended from Bourbon Barrel Aged Imperial Brown Stout and Irish Whiskey Barrel Aged Imperial Oatmeal Stout, this rich and complex stout offers flavours of bonfire toffee, flapjack, chocolate and molasses.

Citra, Centennial and Mosaic hops define the flavours of this West Coast IPA. Expect vibrant citrus and lemon sherbet with notes of papaya and pine.

Citra and Talus hops are boosted by the addition of juicy mango in this session-strength tropical pale ale.

Tropical, juicy, hazy, pale ale. Packed full of pink grapefruit, pineapple, mango, lychee, passion fruit, and peach flavours, all bouncing on a bed of coconut.

Intensely fruity cherry beer, on the sweet side. Sessionable ABV, perfect for summer (if it ever comes).

Clean, crisp and unfiltered; hopped with loral and hersbrucker, giving the beer lemon zestiness and light floral notes. Served cold this is a great session beer. Absolute refreshment.

A spritzy, springy, seasonal sour with sumptuously tangy plums.

With a crisp, dry finish typical of our lead brewer Will Inman, Spokane first floods the senses with grapefruit zest, pine, with a touch of mandarin. The carbonation bursts into life on the tongue, lifting the pine, bitter orange and grapefruit, with the malt base keeping all checks and balances.

Halfway between a West Coast IPA and German Keller Lager, this clean, crisp and malty beer is designed to quench any thirst.

Gluten-free and vegan, our flagship session IPA is a crisp, bright, west coast style session. All of that grapefruit peel, lemon and lime on the nose. Tropical and citrus fruits dominate, with hints of pine and a touch blueberry, balanced by its complex malt base and a solid carbonation.

A deceptively drinkable rye barley wine, aged for a year in bourbon barrels. Aromas of raisin, leather, fig and vanilla lead to complex oak flavours and a clean, balanced finished, despite the high ABV.

A premium continental lager. Hallertauer Mittelfrüh hops deliver in Leodis a noticeable but not overpowering hop content, whilst the traditional ‘lagering’ of the beer for up to four weeks before kegging gives it a dry, crisp, clean finish.

A big, bold IPA. A blend of American hops including Cascade and Chinook create a heavily hopped, fruity, aromatic India Pale Ale.

From the peaks of the Sierra Nevada’s to the Pacific beach front, California IPA is as enjoyable as the Golden State itself. This session IPA is golden in colour, easy drinking, and full of citrusy and piney hop flavour.

The start of Celebration season is a festive event. We can’t start brewing until the first fresh hops have arrived, but once they have the season is officially under way! First brewed in 1981, Celebration IPA is one of the earliest examples of an American-style IPA and one of the few hop-forward holiday beers. 

Our most popular beer, Sierra Nevada Pale Ale, is a delightful interpretation of a classic style. It has a deep amber colour and an exceptionally full-bodied, complex character. Generous quantities of premium Cascade hops give the Pale Ale its fragrant bouquet and spicy flavour.

Sierra Nevada Torpedo Ale is a big American IPA; bold, assertive and full of flavour and aromas highlighting the complex citrus, pine and herbal character of whole-cone American hops.

Veltins Pilsener is one of the finest examples of a German Pilsner. This award-winning lager is brewed using natural spring water from its very own mountain!

Pülleken is a term from the Sauerland and means something like "small bottle". The pale Pülleken is the beer for special enjoyment. A very drinkable pale beer that strikes the golden mean between the more bitter Pilsen beers and the malty-sweet beers of Bavarian origin.

A bright and refreshing cider, blended with the richness of ripe mixed berries.
